Estate Planning Attorney

A well-established, mid-sized law firm with multiple offices throughout Massachusetts is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. This position will be primarily based in the firm’s North Andover office, offering flexibility and a collaborative, multi-office environment. Hybrid and remote flexibility is also something that the firm is proud to offer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 4 years of Massachusetts estate planning experience who is looking to further develop their practice within a reputable firm that provides strong support, mentorship, and a steady flow of work.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection
• Assist with trust funding and basic estate administration matters as needed
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across multiple offices

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Minimum of 4+ years of estate planning experience in Massachusetts
• Experience drafting core estate planning documents required
• Strong communication skills and client-facing ability
• Portable book of business is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
